Apam Tepung Beras


1 cup rice
2 cups rice flour
1 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
small packet of Eno

Method

Blend rice with water till smooth
Add in sugar, rice flour & yeast. Blend till smooth
Transfer mixture into a container & close lid tightly
Leave it aside for 3 or 4 hours
After the hours of 'marinate', add in eno & mix slowly & till well incorporated.
Divide into bowls & add in colour of yr choice
Steam in a preheated steamer for abt 15-20 minutes on high heat
